If you stop to think about the Martial Arts, and what you know about them, you might surprise yourself with how little you actually know. People talk about Martial Arts sometimes without first defining what it means, or at least what it means to them.
So today we are going to ask the question…what is Martial Arts?
Hollywood shows you flash and pomp and circumstance, whereas YouTube Gurus tell about mindfulness and inner strength…
…And you’ve probably known someone in your own life who trains (or trained) in Martial Arts. They, of course, have their version of the truth.
But ask yourself…what IS Martial Arts? REALLY?
Speaking only for myself (and for the thousands of students I’ve worked with over the years) I believe that Martial Arts is one of the greatest systems of self-development and personal fulfillment that exists in the world today.
You see…Martial Arts isn’t about kicking and punching…
…It’s about the dedication, perseverance, trial, and diligent study that makes a student good at kicking and punching!

Martial Arts IS:

- AN INDIVIDUAL JOURNEY

- ABOUT GETTING “PARTICIPATION TROPHIES”
